Each ball is 70 mm in diameter and weighs 125 g, with a filling of small pellets that provides stability. The advantage of silicone is also that the balls absorb drops better than a rigid plastic shell and are more pleasant to catch. They are therefore well designed to be actually juggled, including for technical practice with 3 balls and more.
