Important Usage Tips

Opening: Turn on the umbrella only when it is in the open position. It is essential not to close it while it is lit.

Handle maintenance: Gora is not very careful with the packaging and storage of this item at the factory, so there are often scratches on the main handle. There is no manufacturer's warranty covering this cosmetic aspect. We, on the other hand, take extreme care in packaging for shipping from our premises.

⚠️ WARRANTY AND CRITICAL PRECAUTIONS (READ BEFORE PURCHASE):

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects . The manufacturer, Gora, does not cover any issues related to umbrella breakage. Therefore, NetJuggler does not have support for damage caused by normal use. Please be aware that there is no manufacturer support for after-sales service if you encounter problems using this product; this is quite unusual.

Fragility: If you don't take care of it, you will break it. Use it gently, without force or jerkiness.
Transport: Ideally, it should be transported in a rigid protective case (not supplied).
Experience level: Purchasing this item implies prior experience in the manufacture and handling of fire equipment. This model is not designed for beginners.
