Bolas Monkey Fist Head:

The Monkey Fist Bola Head is made of 10mm Kevlar rope braided using the traditional Monkey Fist (or rope knot) technique. It allows you to make or repair a pair of fire bolas while benefiting from excellent fuel absorption and even combustion.

Each head is equipped with an integrated metal swivel which naturally follows the movements of the bolas and limits torsional stress during rotations.

Monkey Fist heads are particularly prized for their substantial Kevlar reinforcement. They generally offer longer burn times than heads made with flat wicks and produce generous flames. The integrated swivel assembly is also an excellent choice for practitioners who want to make their own bolas without having to add an extra rotation system.

Monkey Fist braiding creates a dense bowl made entirely of Kevlar. This type of construction offers excellent fuel absorption and helps produce a consistent flame throughout the combustion process.

Caution: Monkey Fist heads must always be used with properly assembled equipment that has been checked before each use. After saturating, thoroughly wring out the wicks before lighting to avoid any fuel splatter.
