The long strands of optical fiber create a myriad of bright and sparkling light spots. This fiber set is equipped with many strands of different lengths, ranging from 30 cm to 180 cm.

The fibers of the whip:

This fiber set allows you to replace your worn / broken fibers and / or to customize your whip.

How quickly and how many fibers you lose depend primarily on how hard you whip. A "violent" practice and you may need a new head every 3 months. You can change it every two years if you have a gentler use of the whip.

Some tips to extend the lifespan of your fibers: Abrupt movements of the fiber cause increased fiber breakage. If you get tangled, don't pull. Go back the other way until you can release the whip. Avoid hitting with too much force on hard surfaces! Don't walk on the fibers! Jewelry and buckles can break the fibers if they get caught in them. Regularly clean the fibers and use a silicone lubricant. If the fibers are very dirty, you can try the 3-IN-ONE All Temperature Silicone Oil.

Remember that the fibers can hurt your eyes! Wearing safety goggles is recommended! Not intended for use by children under the age of 14.

Personalize your fibers:

A standard length for a light whip is around 180cm, but it depends on your personal preference and the whip style. Short arms? You may prefer a shorter whip. With these spare fiber heads, you can cut your whip to the length you want. Want to try a new effect with your whip? Try to cut only the longest fibers to keep the full volume of the bundle. Try to cut all fibers the same length so that the spacing is evenly distributed. Mix it up, have fun, create something new for yourself! Try braiding or weaving your fibers into a one or two strand rope. This allows for a more string dart-like and less “wild” style of play. Braided whips are easier to control.
