Steel wire skipping rope:
Skipping rope with PVC coated steel wire cord, plastic handles and ball bearing inside the handle to prevent the twisting of the rope. The steel and PVC cord is very resistant to wear and allows use for very high speed exercises.
The length of the rope is adjustable thanks to the screws.
