Gora Fire Torch

Torch sold individually, equipped with a Kevlar wick. All you need is the fuel that we don't sell.

Gora Fire Torch:

Gora's torch is equipped with a 3D printed handle.

The Gora torch is fitted with Kevlar wicks which will give you an ignition time of approximately 4-5 minutes.

Each torch is equipped with a good length of Kevlar: 50cm. It is fixed with two screws, so it can easily be changed. Note that the lifespan of the Kevlar is excellent. It's hard to give an accurate estimate of how long wicks will last, as it will depend on how you use them, but if you use your torches about once a week, you'll have years of juggling ahead of you before you have to change your wicks.

Derived from 3D technology:

The handle of the Gora Fire Torch was designed using a 3D printer. All this part is hollow, it creates a certain lightness and a flexibility in the handle which one does not find with other types of torches.

The Kevlar at the end of the torch is European made.

The knob is the same as the one found on Henrys' torches and it allows you to perform swing movements and regain the habits you have if you use Henrys clubs.

The torch dowel is made of wood which is coated with silicone.

NetJuggler's opinion:

You can feel a little vibration when the torch is juggled, which makes juggling less pleasant than with other models of torches we have. The aesthetic is interesting.

Tips for using the torches:

Gora gives some usage tips to increase the lifespan of your torches. Professionals are used to this kind of instructions, but we never repeat them enough...

When soaking your wicks, soak them 3/4 full, this will allow time for the Kevlar to absorb all the fuel and prevent it from leaking and dripping onto the silicone. It is important to know that the silicone is resistant to heat but not to flames. Also, be careful not to let fuel drip onto the handles. This could encourage flames to spread across the silicone grip and cause your grip to deform or wear prematurely.

Never use fuel such as White Spirit, Benzene or other alcohol-based fuel. Prefer the use of dearomatized petroleum which produces a very yellow flame called "cold". If you have a blue or transparent flame, it means that you are not using the right fuel, do not insist and check your fuel.
Do not hold torches in a static upright position with wicks down when ignited. Keep them always moving or in a horizontal position so that the flames do not damage the structure or the elements of your torches.
Do not soak silicone in fuel.
